Berlino Express
I documented this brief but intense visit to the German capital. Less than two days summarized in 40 frames.
The photographs concern the airport and then Malzfabrik, the former malt factory site of the exhibition in which I participated. Then the streets of the center finding ourselves in the place of the terrible attack to the Christmas markets. Then again Alexanderplatz that it is becoming more and more the central core of Berlin, Potsdamer Platz with its majestic architecture of the Sony Center. We hopped on the Victory Column, and then we visited the Museum of the Stasi, the notorious secret police of East Germany, which has made us experience the icy atmosphere of the Cold War.

Gli scatti riguardano l'aeroporto e poi MalzFabrik, la ex fabbrica di malto sede della mostra a cui partecipavo. Quindi le vie del centro ritrovandoci nel luogo del tremendo attentato ai mercatini di Natale. Poi ancora Alexanderplatz che sta diventando sempre piú il nucleo centrale di Berlino, Potsdamerplatz con la maestosa architettura del Sony Center. Siamo saliti sulla Colonna della Vittoria e poi abbiamo visitato il Museo della STASI, la famigerata polizia segreta della Germania Est, che ci ha fatto vivere le gelide atmosfere della guerra fredda.
